Biography

Aaron Boatin is the President of Ambs Call Center, where he brings his passion for customer service and technology to the job every day. 

He’s a proud Spartan who graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. This provided Aaron with a solid foundation in business, which he has built upon through his 30 years of hands-on experience at Ambs.

Starting his career as a call center agent—the backbone of the answering service industry—Aaron has now worked in nearly every role at Ambs Call Center. This journey gave him a unique perspective and deep understanding of the company and industry’s operations. Today, as President, Aaron leads with a visionary mindset. He oversees sales and marketing efforts as well as the technology team, always finding new ways to deliver extra value to customers through innovative technology and improved processes.

Accomplishments and Involvements

Aaron is particularly proud of his work integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into Ambs Call Center. He spearheaded the use of AI to evaluate 100% of Ambs Call Center’s calls, enhancing service quality and efficiency. This forward-thinking approach has helped Ambs stay ahead in the industry, setting new standards for excellence.

Aaron’s also a proud member of the community in Jackson, Michigan. He’s served on various boards including the Jackson Chamber of Commerce, Henry Ford Health System Board of Trustees and as a member of the foundation board and chair of quality committee, and Jackson Catholic Schools. 

Aaron is a frequent speaker and contributor to industry discussions, sharing his insights on leadership and technology. He’s been featured on the EOS podcast, appeared on JTV, and spoken at events like ATSI and CAM-X. He’s been recognized for his contributions with the Don Berry Award from the Startel National Users Group (SNUG) in 2008 for his contributions to the answering service industry. He’s also served as president of GLTSA (Great Lakes TeleServices Association) and participated in panels for EOS to Lansing area businesses.

When he’s not at work, Aaron enjoys traveling with his wife and kids. Every summer, they visit a different national park—most recently, Zion National Park, with Arcadia in Maine up next. He also loves 80s trivia and once worked as a radio DJ at WKHM in Jackson.

Looking ahead, Aaron is excited about the future of Ambs Call Center, especially the potential of AI to enhance human interactions. Specifically, with the use of AI in answering and handling inbound and outbound calls for businesses in the US. He aims to bring the efficiency and standardized success of AI in customer service to Ambs Call Center’s customers and agents, through training.

He continues to drive the company towards the new digital horizon, so that Ambs Call Center, its customers, and your business remains a leader in innovation and customer satisfaction.
